‘Pitch Perfect’ co-stars Skylar Astin and Anna Camp engaged

American musical ‘Pitch Perfect’ co-stars Skyler Astin and Anna Camp are now engaged.

On Jan. 2, the couple announced their engagement via Astin’s Instagram page. The 28-year-old actor posted a photo on the social-networking site, where he and Camp are seen smiling, as the latter flaunts her engagement ring.

The Caption of the photo says –“I asked. She said yes!!!”

The 33-year old actress also captioned the same pic on her Instagram profile with the words, “He asked. I said YES!!!!”

The actress was previously married to actor Michael Mosley, best known for his role as Drew Suffin on "Scrubs." She filed for divorce in May 2013.

Astin played Anna Kendrick’s love interest Jesse Swanson in “Pitch Perfect” (2012) and its sequel in 2015, while Camp portrayed uptight band leader Aubrey Posen, best known for her infamous vomiting scene.

In “Pitch Perfect” (2012), Camp’s younger beau, whose real name is Skylar Astin Lipstein, locked lips with Anna Kendrick in the picture. Camp later played Astin's ex-girlfriend in an episode of the TV series “Ground Floor.”

One of Camp's first roles was in the Broadway production of Peter Shaffer’s play “Equus,” with “Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe where they shared a much-talked-about nude scene. Talking about the scene, the actress had said, “It’s the most scary thing I’ve ever done in my career. But also liberating.” She had added: “After doing that everything else seems a little less scary.”

Camp has been sharing photos of her and Astin while on vacation in Kauai, Hawaii on her instagram account. They have been dating since June 2013.

Meanwhile, it is unknown at this point whether the couple will return to star in "Pitch Perfect" franchise's future instalments.
