'Power' Season 3 spoilers: Ghost will have to make a difficult choice

Ghost will have to make a difficult choice in “Power” Season 3. After narrowly escaping from the FBI in the previous season, James will find that the investigation has taken a different direction, and he has to once again use some strategy to find a way out.

The trailer of the next season shows James (Omari Hardwick) being called in for questioning and he is given a choice. James will have to choose between protecting his “girl” and saving his own life. The FBI appears to be pursuing the investigation against Angela (Lela Loren), after her mishandling of the case against Ghost.

James thought he was out of the drug business for good, after getting his club back. However, Kanan (50 Cent) is still alive, and he will go after his enemy with a vengeance. The next season promises more action, drama and intrigue.

The trailer teases a “betrayal,” and it appears to be Tommy (Joseph Sikora) who will be forced to try and kill his best friend in “Power” Season 3. Differences between the two characters had been growing in Season 2, but James delivered on his promise and helped Tommy escape justice towards the end of the season.

However, Tommy is not comfortable with the night club business. He has repeatedly told James that he is only good at dealing drugs. The trailer of the next season shows Tommy’s girlfriend thrusting a gun into Tommy’s hands and asking him to kill Ghost.

James will also have to deal with problems back home. He had previously told Tasha (Naturi Naughton) that he found out about her and Shawn (Sinqua Walls), and that he let him leave the city.

However, Tasha doesn’t know that Shawn was killed by his own father. The trailer of “Power” Season 3 shows Tasha doesn’t believe a word of what James has to say. She asks him to prepare for what’s going to happen.
