'Power' season 4 episode 7 preview: 'You lied to my face'
Things start to heat up on all fronts in “Power” season 4 episode 7. James (Omari Hardwick) will have to deal with family problems, Tommy (Joseph Sikora) has to solve business problems, and Angela (Lela Loren) will have to find the real killer. Meanwhile, Mike Sandoval (David Fumero), Dre (Rotimi) and Joe Proctor (Jerry Ferrara) have to protect themselves. The following article contains spoilers based on the preview video.
James may have managed to save his son, but the boy is not the same anymore. Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) wanted to leave the safety of his house and live the street life, and Kanan (50 Cent) gave the boy a glimpse of that world. The trauma of the lies and kidnapping will leave an impact, which Ghost will try to fix. Tasha (Naturi Naughton) and Tommy will also find out that the villain is still alive.
Tommy will be quick to make the connection between Dre and Kanan and confront him about it. Tariq had been spending time with new “friends” that everyone in his family was concerned about. Now that Slim has been revealed to be Kanan, Dre will have to think of a strong defence to survive. Tommy will also have to deal with problems on the business front in the next episode.
Dre emerged as an important character this year. Rising from the sidelines at the club, he has proven himself to be able to manage the club by thinking out of the box. He also did his best in handling Kanan while trying to stay loyal to James.
James may be a free man now, but the real killer is still on the loose. Angela will attempt to put the clues together to find the killer, and the gun is the key. Mike, on the other hand, will do everything he can to stop his former colleague from finding out the truth.
Meanwhile, John Mak (Sung Kang) has some leverage on Joe. The defence attorney is given a chose: either come clean or face the attack by the people who are after him.
