Pregnant Kate Middleton 'Drawn To' Girls' Clothes At Her Recent Shopping Spree--Report
Kate Middleton who is currently pregnant with her second child recently went on a shopping spree in London. The Duchess reportedly stopped by her favourite store Amaia in Chelsea and was attracted to girls' wardrobe.
According to observers, she was "drawn to" to girls' clothes, reported People. Co-owner of the store Segolene Tresca revealed to the website “She (Kate) was very interested. Every mum that comes in the shop, they look for boys' [clothes] but they always end up looking at the girls' stuff too. We all hope it's a little girl because it will be so cute, they will be like a little couple."
Kate's will reportedly welcome her second child in April; however, it is not yet known whether it is a girl or a boy. The speculations are rife that she may be carrying a baby girl. What has added more to the buzz is Kate’s recent wardrobe choice for the event at Westminster Abbey to mark Commonwealth Day. Kate wore a powder pink coat, which she coupled with a matching hat and clutch.
According to Express UK, Kate has been donning a lot of blue and her choice to wear a girly colour led to hints that she may be expecting a girl. Moreover, according to bookmaker the most popular name for Kate’s future child is Elizabeth. Alexandra and Charlotte are also prevalent.
Meanwhile, for the boy the popular name is James. Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes had said in her previous statement that betting for the second royal baby name is full swing and “punters are quickly reinvesting” on baby boy name James, reported People. On the other hand, according to Rupert Adams of William Hill, “the money is all saying a girl,” reported the website.
Kate and Prince William are already parents to one-year-old Prince George. In the early days of her second pregnancy the duchess reportedly underwent severe morning sickness and had to cancel a slew of royal engagements. However, she has recovered and has attended various royal events in the recent months.She and Prince William also took a two-week vacation to the Caribbean island of Mustique where they celebrated Kate’s mother Carole Middleton’s 60th birthday.
