The Royals have released beautiful new pictures of Prince George getting attracted to and touching a big butterfly that sits on his father Prince William's hand. The pictures show a chubby Prince George who celebrates his first birthday today on July 22, 2014. The Royal family has released the adorable pictures of the birthday boy with his parents to mark this special occasion.

One picture shows Prince William and his wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge sitting with baby George on her lap. His father points out to something above them and all three are looking at it. Second picture, which has been shared a lot of the social media, is that of a big butterfly sitting on Prince William's hand and baby George cannot contain his excitement to see the creature so closely. His eyes are filled with curiosity as he tries his best to touch the butterfly on his father's hands.

The birthday boy is seen wearing light blue denim dungarees and navy blue t-shirt from designer Petit Bateau. The third picture, which was released over the weekend, shows Prince George walking unassisted with his hands stretched out and eyes fixed on something in front of him. George is seen wearing black walking shoes and white socks and looks quite comfortable walking around without any help of his parents.

The pictures were taken ahead of his first birthday during a visit to the Sensational Butterflies exhibition at the Natural History Museum in London July 2, 2014. George has crossed the milestone of walking just a few days before his birthday.

Though many people commenting on Prince George's pictures believe that he resembles his dad Prince William; his uncle Prince Harry is of the opinion that the toddler looks like Winston Churchill!

During his recent interview with a radio presenter Virginia Araya, Harry said that the chubby toddler is walking and praised his cheeks. "I asked him what George was like. He said, 'He's growing up. He is walking, and he has big, chubby cheeks. He looks like a young Winston Churchill," Virginia revealed to US Weekly.
