Psy's impostor was reportedly able to gain access at parties in the Carlton hotel, the VIP Room, the Martinez beach and the Le Baron where millionaire fashion designer Goga Ashkenazi held a celebration. Additional reports claim that the "fake Psy" appears to enjoy what he was doing being granted free drunks at a club and a guest appearance at the Better World Awards in Monaco.

According to the New York Post report, the unnamed impostor even went as far as hiring three security personnel with earpieces to escort him wherever he goes. Psy's management has not given any comment regarding the sham that went on for days before Psy himself reacted on Twitter.

Meanwhile, the now famous Korean star stated that he may not be able to achieve again or even excel the success of his monster single "Gangnam Style." The singer declared during his visit in Singapore: "Let me be honest. I am not going to beat 'Gangnam Style', forever. I cannot beat the song. That song was a literal miracle and miracles never happen twice. I got to move on. I cannot live with 'Gangnam Style' forever."
