Is Rebecca Black on the run for scoring the most viewed music video this year? The teen singer’s viral hit “Friday” has been recorded hitting 100 million views on YouTube in less than two months.

The data from Visible Measures showed that Black’s official video alone has gained more than 99 million marks as of today.

But when taking into account the views of its copies, spoofs and other versions, the combined number reached around 200 million views on YouTube.

With the astounding number of views said Visible Measures, the 13-year old American singer has reportedly outnumbered Lady Gaga and Canadian teen sensation, Justin Bieber

Lady GaGa’s “Born This Way” has recorded 180 million online views since late February. And the clip of Bieber’s “Pray” has been recorded gaining only 65 million views since it made its way to YouTube late last year.

IBTimes and other news outlets reported last month that Rebecca had also come close to becoming a millionaire when “Friday” was released on iTunes.

But while Black’s official video for “Friday” and other related videos such as remixes and spoofs had mushroomed online, the teen’s first and amateur single has also been raking in big numbers of “dislikes”.

Produced by Ark Music Factory, “Friday” has received almost 2 millions ‘thumb downs’ as of today - - almost twice the number of ‘dislikes’ received since it recorded 1.1 million “dislikes” out of 60 million views last month.
