ABC’s drama series “Revenge” returns from a month-long hiatus this week. The second half of the season premieres with an episode entitled “Bait.” Episode 15 picks up where the previous episode left off. Here’s how the previous episode went and what’s in store when the series returns on Sunday.

Emily Thorne and her father David finally feel like they can start to live a normal life. The people who have tormented their lives are now dead. Conrad Grayson has died in the hands of David while Malcolm Black was finally eliminated with the joint efforts of Emily, David, Victoria Grayson and Jack Porter. As a result of the whole ordeal, Jack decides to give up his badge as a police officer. He decides that he isn’t built for the job when he can’t get over his guilt after shooting Kate Back whom he dated but turned out to be a dirty cop.

At the end of the previous episode, Jack seeks out his partner Ben but finds that Emily has beaten him to it. He sees Emily kissing Ben and he is overwhelmed by emotion. In a teaser clip shared by Spoliers Guide, Jack looks back at his past with Emily and declares to her that “It has always been you.” All this happens just after Emily finally decides to start a relationship with Ben.

Now that Emily ihas cleared her father's name, she has also decided to keep her new identity as Emily Thorne and bury Amanda Clarke forever. She looks around at what she has in her new life and decides that there is no point in reclaiming her original identity. David agrees and the two of them move on with their lives. Unfortunately for them, revenge may no longer be on their minds but according to the episode synopsis shared by ABC Medianet, it is now Margaux LeMarchal’s turn to seek revenge.

Margaux is on a mission to bring Emily down because she believes that Emily is responsible for the death of her boyfriend and her child’s father, Daniel Grayson. Even though Margaux has a romantic past with Jack, she doesn’t hesitate to go against him as well if it means bringing Emily down. The synopsis states that Emily and Jack’s friendship will take a dramatic turn once Margaux makes her move.

Elsewhere in the Hamptons, Victoria Grayson is struggling to regain her spot as the social scene’s queen bee. Her new acquaintance Natalie has made her presence felt in the previous episodes and it appears that her real purpose will be revealed when the series returns on Sunday, March 8. “Revenge” airs at 10 pm EST on ABC.
