Rihanna rocks blue hair and menswear outfit at concert; Her former publicist apologizes to Beyonce
Rihanna’s bold blue locks stole the show at CBS Radio’s Third Annual We Can Survive concert at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Sunday. The pop star made a surprise appearance at the show in a menswear-inspired ensemble that had a very eighties vibe.
The singer pulled off the double shade of her hair with ease, Teen Vogue reported. The “B**** Better Have My Money” hit maker opted for a menswear style outfit for her performance. Her ensemble consisted of an over-sized pinstripe navy suit.
It featured an oversize jacket with flared sleeves, high-waist trousers with pinstripes and a belt. The outfit is by Y/Project’s Spring/Summer 16 collection, Elle reports. The “FourFiveSeconds” hit-maker looked sexy in a yellow bra which featured a billowing pale pink lace fabric and camisole.
It was split at the centre and showed off her toned abs and she also flashed a lot of cleavage in the outfit. Her vintage-inspired dress is by the upcoming French luxury fashion brand.
Rihanna accessorised with a lot of jewellery that included rings, earrings, necklaces, choker and bangles. She also wore a pair of aviator sunglasses. Her flawless make-up consisted of her favourite deep red lipstick and lots of bronzer.
Her raven and blue tresses were styled into a messy up ‘do’. Her hair was kept in place with retro silver hair clips. Rihanna also flashed her blue manicure with belting her chart-topping hit numbers for the audience at the concert, Billboard reported.
Meanwhile, Rihanna’s former publicist Jonathan Hay has reportedly told the New York Daily News that he started the gossip about the R & B star’s alleged affair with her married label boss Jay Z. He said that he had done it out of desperation to get press for the singer’s single “Pon de Replay.”
Hay apologised to Beyoncé publicly on Friday. American journalist and author J. Randy Taraborrelli has written the unauthorised biography of the pop queen titled “ Becoming Beyonce: The Untold Story .” The writer in an interview with Entertainment Tonight told that the Rihanna and Jay Z alleged relationship was made up. The writer added that he had discovered Rihanna’s publicist was behind the gossip.
