Just like her single "Shut Up And Drive," Rihanna is showing no signs of slowing down in the acting business.

The 24-year-old singer was revealed to be included in the cast of the coming "The Fast and The Furious 6" to play as a villain in the film. The "Where Have You Been?" singer will star alongside Vin Diesel and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Following the recent success of her film "Battleship," the singer is yet again to star in an action packed movie. A source told "The Sun" that Rihanna has surely impressed with her acting in her film.

"Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship," the source said. "Writers think she'll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn't take any prisoners just like her in real life."

The sixth installment of the blockbuster speed movie is set to be released in May 2013 but will start filming next month. According to the Sun, Rihanna will be filming on a racetrack in Southend since London will be in lockdown for the Olympics during that time.

Last year, Vin Diesel, the star of the film revealed that the sixth installment of the film would be split in two meaning that Rihanna could also possibly appear in the seventh installment.

"With the success of this last one, and the inclusion of so many characters, and the broadening of scope, when we were sitting down to figure out what would fit into the real estate of number six, we didn't have enough space," Diesel said.

"We have to service all of these character relationships, and when we started mapping all that out it just went beyond 110 pages, the studio said, 'You can't fit all that story in one damn movie!'" he added.
