Robert Pattinson: Kristen Stewart’s Man and His Hottest Looks in Military Uniform [PHOTOS]

Robert Pattinson is rumored to be on his way to film "Mission: Blacklist" when Kristen Stewart’s boyfriend was snapped leaving Los Angeles Airport on April 30. In the film, Rob plays the lead role as Eric Maddox, an Iraq war veteran soldier and therefore expect Robert in military uniform!

Would Robert look hot in uniform? As part of the initial promotions of the film, Embankment Films and other officials involved in the war film have released a series of photos of Robert in military uniform.

Some of these photos were improved and developed into poster-like promotional materials by no other than Rob’s solid Twi-fans. One of these pictures captured Robert in his best “tiger look” in a close-up, head shot, showing him in wearing helmet.

Another is a medium shot of Robert in completely black background and only his sullen yet strong looking face is illuminated as the photo was taken. Another shot of Robert doesn’t indicate of the actor wearing in military gear while another a close-up shot with a U.S. flag as background.

Directed by Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire, the war film is a film adaptation of the book, “Mission:Blacklist” written by Eric Maddox, a U.S. Intelligence Officer who orchestrated the capture of Iraqi leader, Saddam Hussein. His book chronicled the number of hours Saddam was in the hands of military officers for interrogation.

The war veteran gave Robert a thumbs up following news that the Twilight hunk will portray his life. In an interview with WRKO Boston’s Talk Station, Maddox expresses support for the choice of the film’s honchos.

Eric Maddox said: “It’s wonderful and I fully support it.”

The two had already met and Robert and the real Maddox spent hours last year and the the soldier was impressed with the British actor, noting Rob’s level of interest in the film, not to mention he is being “super famous and popular.”

“He put in the hours,”Eric said adding, he was “certain they have built right team for this.”

Should the film schedule released by Embankment Films pushes through, Robert will be away from Kristen for a while, as he did in Australia to film The Rover. And Rob will have nothing on but his military uniform. Check out his sexiest looks in military uniform! START the SLIDESHOW.
