Royal Baby Princess: Carole Middleton Is ‘One very happy granny’ After Kate Middleton’s Daughter’s Arrival
Kate Middleton and Prince William’s royal baby girl arrived on Saturday, May 2, 2015. The world was eager to catch a glimpse of the little bundle of joy. However, her grandmother decided to celebrate peacefully.
According to People, Carole Middleton was in Bucklebury, her hometown at 3 p.m. BST. She drove through the village revealed a source to People.
The source added that Carole “looked absolutely radiant.” She looked very happy on that day.
“She was on her own and looked absolutely wonderful. As happy as a bean. She is one very happy granny,” the source said. However, later she along with her husband Michael Middleton and Duchess of Cambridge’s sister Pippa Middleton landed at Kensington Palace to meet the royal baby number two.
Pippa and Carole were spotted driving as the grandmother wore a white blouse. They arrived at the palace in a black Range Rover. Prince Charles and his wife Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla also visited the palace to meet the princess.
At 1:35 p.m. BST, the royal princess baby’s grandfather Michael Middleton got in driving a Range Rover. Apart from the grandparents, Emilia Jardine-Paterson, who is Prince George’s godmother, came to see the baby. Prince George will turn 2 this July.
The name of Kate Middleton and Prince Willam’s daughter has not been announced yet. She is fourth to join the line to the British throne.
After the birth of the royal baby, congratulatory messages started to pour in from across the world for Kate Middleton and Prince William. The palace released a statement and mentioned that the Duke and Duchess are truly grateful to receive the messages from so many people. The statement added that all the messages mean a lot to the couple.
Kate Middleton’s parents were the first one to arrive and meet the baby girl. According to Telegraph, the Duke of Edinburgh and the Queen might meet the baby this week.
