Kate Middleton, who was admitted in the hospital on May 3, recently gave birth to her second child—the royal baby princess. Her sister Pippa Middleton paid a special visit to the new addition in the royal family.

Pippa was seen driving to Kensington Palace with her mother Carole Middleton, reported BBC. The duchess’ father Michael Middleton, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles also visited the new bundle of joy at the palace. Other people who paid visit to Prince George’s sister include Kate's friend, Emilia Jardine-Paterson.

According to reports by E Online, Emilia is the godmother to Prince George and she might play the same role for the royal princess. The royal princess was born in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s hospital. Her name is yet to be announced.

Describing the little princess, Prince William’s brother Prince Harry said in an official statement released by Kensington Palace that “she is absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to meet her." The 30-year-old is yet to meet his brother’s daughter as he is currently in Australia on a temporary service with the Australian Army.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Queen Elizabeth II is yet to visit the royal princess. According to Telegraph, the little princess will meet her great grandmother later this week. Kate and Prince William will spend some time at Kensington Palace before going to Anmer Hall in Norfolk. The royal couple is reportedly receiving warm greetings from all over the world. "The duke and duchess are hugely grateful for the messages of congratulations they have received from people all over the world,” said a royal spokesperson in the statement.

Prince William is currently on paternity leave. He completed his training as an East Anglian air ambulance pilot on April 21. Prince William and Kate have been staying at the Kensington Palace for more than two weeks now.
