The members of the royal family surely have a knack at making it to web tabloids and magazines all over the world. While some of the news are notable and worthy of making the press, not all of them are golden. The latest would include Kate Middleton's topless photos which makes people think is this a way for royalties to make their status more known?

It was only a few weeks ago when the nude photo scandal of Prince Harry had emerged in hundreds of web tabloids in the web. Now, it looks as if the Duchess is following in her brother-in-law's footsteps. Kate Middleton is now a victim of yet another royal fail.

A French magazine, "Closer" had said to showcase 6 full pages of the Duchess in all her topless glory.

"Discover the incredible pictures of the future Queen of England as you've never seen," says the tabloid, along with the caption, "The Duchess of Cambridge topless on the terrace of a guest house in the Luberon! OMG!"

However, the Italian Magazine beats them with an "extraordinary" 26-page edition of the royal vacation complete with Middleton's privates.

"It is a story worth publishing in an extraordinary edition because it shows in a natural light the everyday life of a very famous contemporary young couple in love," says Editor-in-Chief, Alfonso Signorini, in a statement to CNN. "The fact that they happen to be the future king and queen of England certainly makes it more interesting and current, and in line with today's concept of monarchy," added Signorini.

Well, surely all these nude photos of Prince Harry and now Kate Middleton has left the royal family in rage.

"There can be no motivation for this action other than greed," says a spokesperson from St. James's Palace. The royal family had already sued the publication "Closer" for its grotesque invasion of privacy.

"We will not be commenting on potential legal action concerning the alleged intended publication of the photos in Italy save to say that all proportionate responses will be kept under review. Any such publication would serve no purpose other than to cause further, entirely unjustifiable upset to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were enjoying time alone together in the privacy of a relative's home," said the spokesperson.
