A toxicology report has been released on Ryan Dunn's remains and it confirms the stuntman's drunken state during the time of the crash.

A new police report has been released about the June 20th fatal accident of Jackass star Dunn, and it says the actor was "extremely intoxicated" when he crashed his car at around 2:30 am. His black Porsche GT3, moving at 130 to 140 mph, went off the guard rail and into the ravine before it hit a tree caught on fire. The crash instantly killed Dunn and a passenger named Zachary Hartwell, who also worked as a production assistant in the Jackass 2 movie.

Chief Michael Carroll of West Goshen, Pennsylvania says the stuntman had a blood alcohol level twice the amount of the legal limit. Despite public opinion that Dunn might be taking other substances that altered his judgment while driving, the chief of police says there is nothing more than the alcohol found in his blood. "No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol" says the policeman in a report posted at 3news.co.nz.

Just hours before the crash, Dunn posted a photo on his Twitter account holding drinks and looking flushed. According to the staff at Barnaby's of America, the bar where he was last seen, Dunn left the premises "looking fine" and "not drunk". He reportedly bought three beers and three shots before a bunch of fans gave the stuntman drinks at a separate table. No charges will be filed against the establishment.

Dunn and Hartwell's full toxicology reports are expected to be done in a month.
