Sam Frost and Sasha Mielczarek adopt an adorable puppy [Watch Video]
Australia’s sweethearts Sam Frost and Sasha Mielczarek have a new family member. It’s an adorable puppy that Frost surprised Mielczarek with. The radio star revealed the news to her 2DayFm co-star Rove McManus during their show on Thursday morning.
“We now own a puppy. It’s a maltese cross shih tzu called Rocky Mielczarek!” she said, reports Woman’s Day.
“The Bachelorette” star said that it was impossible for her to resist filming the moment when she introduced the pup to her boyfriend Mielczarek. She also recorded the moment in true radio style for playing it for her listeners.
“Hey babe, I’ve got a present for you,” Frost told Sasha while presenting him with a big wrapped-up box, sitting on their living room table.
According to Cosmopolitan, the puppy barked to thank Frost for the loving gesture.
Naturally Sasha was pleasantly surprised to see the puppy and instantly started cuddling him. He even introduced Rocky Mielczarek to the world via Instagram.
Frost also shared a photo of the puppy.
Frost was a bit concerned how Sasha would react as he originally wanted a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and it is a compromise for him. However, when the radio pair called him up to get his reaction, the construction worker seemed extremely happy.
“He’s right here with me, it’s amazing. Already responding well to potty training,” he said.
McManus pointed out that it’s a huge commitment and a big step in their relationship as the two now has a joint custody of a little one.
Frost, it seems, wants to be part of this commitment and couldn’t help but say she loves her boyfriend very much.
However, Mielczarek is also sticking to the bro-code even after Frost publicly slammed “The Bachelorette” runner-up Michael Turnbull after he joked that he and Frost are texting behind Mielczarek’s back, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Turnbull recently posted a photo on Instagram declaring Mielczarek to be a friend for life.
