In order to settle all patent disputes, Samsung and Apple are again on the same table. Apple has asked Samsung to pay $30-$40 for every smartphone sale and even pushed Samsung to sign "anti-cloning:" agreement which would prevent them from copying any of Apple's products in the future.

According to the Korean Times, both sides will eventually reach an agreement to settle out all it disputes. In detail Apple wants $30 per phone and $40 per tablet as part of that agreement. If we take an example of the Galaxy S4 alone, which has sold more than 20 million, Samsung would have to shell out $600 million to the Cupertino giant which is totally against the profits of Korean manufacturer.

Furthermore, according to Florian Mueller of Foss Patents, Apple also wanted Samsung to sign an "anti-cloning" agreement which would prevent them from copying any of Apple's products in the future. He further quotes that "There is no obligation that the agreement settling a patent infringement case be filed with the court."

Well its seems to be a complex underground battle between two giants, Now game will be more hard when U factor is that Samsung is one of Apple's key suppliers of electronic components.
