'Scream Queens' season 2 episode 6 spoilers: Green Meanie’s identity revealed; Nurse Hoffel cooks up revenge in ‘Blood Drive’

Many had speculated that season 2 of “Scream Queens” could be the end of the show as it was no longer reaching audience quotas after returning from a long hiatus. However, spoilers show that fans could still expect more excitement with new revelations to be made and characters to be introduced very soon.

In the upcoming episode of “Scream Queens,” titled “ Blood Drive,” viewers will see the characters in places and situations that are out of the ordinary; as if the show itself wasn’t already odd enough. Green Meanie’s identity will finally be revealed while Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) will finally be working on her revenge plans.

Earlier, rumours have been circulating that Green Meanie might not be only one but two personalities in the series. This is by taking into consideration the incidents in the first season where there were actually two Red Devils. Some speculations also point out that Nurse Hoffel has been helping the Green Meanie to be successful in his or her plans as part of her revenge this whole time.

The official synopsis for this upcoming episode provides that Dean Musch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) will be organizing a blood drive to solve the hospital’s severe shortage after a massive influx of patients. At the meantime, Nurse Hoffel will be setting a plan of revenge in motion. Hester will find a way to join the hospital’s staff and a shocking revelation about the Green Meanie will be shown.

Further spoilers reveal that that the blood drive has a very high chance of not going as planned and getting horrifyingly truly bloody, instead. the killer’s true identity will finally surface. Speculations say it could either be Nurse Hoffel or Grace (Skyler Samuels).

Season 2 Episode 6 of “Scream Queens” will air on November 22, Tuesday, at 9:00 p.m. on FOX. It also airs on Channel 11 in Australia.
