It finally Happened. *NSYNC's Reunion happened at the MTV 2013 Video Music Awards. Justin Timberlake and the others performed and the audience and fans went crazy.
The greatest boy band of the 90s, which disbanded a decade ago, reunited on stage amid thunderous applauses, excited fans and crying girls. VMA nominee Justin Timberlake was joined by his former *NSYNC bandmates, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick at Brooklyn's Barclays Center for a highly anticipated reunion.

Rumors begin circulating a few days before the VMAs but there were no confirmations from anyone from the band. However, on Aug 25, *NSYNC revived its years old account on Twitter with a small message that said, "Mic check, mic check one.. two... is this thing on?!"
This confirmed the news.
The boy band, now all grown men, performed on their hit song "Bye Bye Bye" and also included parts of "Girlfriend." The audience in the VMA's went crazy. Taylor Swift can be seen getting all emotional during their 30 second performance while Lady Gaga went crazy dancing in her semi-nude dress to the tunes of the boy band. The audience was clearly left craving for more from the performance of the group which danced wonderfully with Justin in the centre.
The fans of *NSYNC went crazy on social media sharing site, Tumblr, and many of them said they were so moved by the reunion that they couldn't stop crying.
On Twitter, singer Ariana Grande, who performed at the pre-show, tweeted: "I just cried 6 buckets."
Kelly Osbourne said,"Oh my god #NYSNC Im jumping up and down in my bedroom like Im in Junior High again!"
One user on Tumblr with user name taymichu said, "I cannot be the only one who freaked out. *NSYNC. Oh My God. Perfect timing after Breaking Bad. I am dying."
"Lance was a little off beat, but I DON'T BLOODY CARE. I AM A HAPPY FANGIRL! I'm still flailing my hands around excitedly. My year has been made," said another user named misskenni on Tumblr adding that the JT/NSYNC Experience was amazing. Again none of these people besides him and his group mates could do this.
Timberlake also received the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the ceremony and dedicated the award to his band. "Half of the Moon Men I have ever won I have won with the four guys over there," the singer said.
However, it is not sure that Timberlake, who has a successful movie career in addition to his solo singing career, will extend the brief re-union any further as he has his hands full.
