Nothing says bad luck than mentioning Bieber. This is exactly what happened in an interview with Dean Richards and Selena Gomez. The former Disney star might have a sweet image but she definitely showed her serious side when she hung up on an interview at the mention of the Canadian crooner.

Everyone in and out of the Hollywood business is dying to know the real deal between Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. The "Jelena"duo may have ended but fans are dying to hear the actual statement from both parties. Yet, both Selena and Justin have avoided answering questions about each other at all costs. In fact, questioning them about each other might not even be a good idea. In the latest interview with Selena Gomez, Dean Richards learned the hard way.

On July 22, Selena Gomez was phoned for a chat via satellite where she was interviewed about her latest album, "Stars Dance." However, one question regarding Justin Bieber cut the whole interview short.

"You're, you know, probably as close a friend to Justin Bieber as they come. Is there something about him that we don't get or we don't understand?" asked Dean Richards, pushing further by adding, "I mean, there is one story after another of, you know, pretty outrageous behavior that we're reading about."

Obviously, Selena wasn't too pleased with the sudden interrogation about Justin Bieber that she promptly dropped the call. Fans everywhere could only assume that anything related to Justin Bieber is a "touchy subject" no one should dare ask about less they wish to feel the wrath of Gomez.

While Dean Richards deserves Selena's treatment, Gomez could have addressed the question in a mature manner. An apology from both sides would certainly clear up the fuss. On the other hand, Gomez's fourth album, "Stars Dance" has gained quite the numbers at the charts and has catapulted into the number one spot on iTunes. The album has already gained the number one spot on ten countries across the globe in a Twitter report by a "Selenator."

With the release of "Slow Down", the sales of "Stars Dance" are sure to increase even more.
