Shailene Woodley: 'Divergent' Actress Talks About Traveling, Not Having A House And Owning A Little Suitcase In 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' [WATCH VIDEO]

Actress Shailene Woodley recently made a guest appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to talk about how she currently lives her life. The 22-year-old "The Fault in Our Stars" and "Divergent" star revealed to TV host Ellen DeGeneres that she travels around with only a little suitcase that contains all of her belongings.

The video interview posted on YouTube last Tuesday, Oct. 21, begins with Ellen DeGeneres asking Shailene Woodley what place she calls home after pointing out that the young actress does not have one. "So you don't have a home right? Where's your hub?" the 56-year-old TV host asked.

Shailene Woodley responded that she considers Los Angeles as her hub because her family lives there. "But I just travel around with my little suitcase that I stole from my mom's house," the actress revealed.

Then, Ellen and Shailene talked about the little suitcase where the former "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" star fits all of her stuff. The actress shared that she finds her suitcase a really progressive carry on because of the attached four wheels that roll in every direction.

"I feel like I'm so young right now. This is the time to travel and experience new things," the actress further admitted in the interview. Ellen DeGeneres suggested that it is also the time for Shailene Woodley to buy a new house but the actress responded that she does not know yet where she wants to live.

Ellen DeGeneres described Shailene Woodley's way of living amazing and then admitted that it makes her feel horrible because of all of the stuff that she owns. "I feel like I have too much stuff now and I need to just get a suitcase and scale down," the TV host stated.

Shailene Woodley explained that it is nice for her to have a carry on because she no longer has to worry about finding her pair of jeans. However, the actress noted the downside of losing her carry on because it would mean getting stranded with no clothes.

Ellen DeGeneres assured the young actress that it will be easy for her to buy a new pair of jeans because she will only be out with about $75 if she loses her carry on. Afterwards, Ellen DeGeneres surprised her celebrity guest with a parting gift.

Ellen's staff member handed the celebrity guest with a new suitcase. The TV host opened the suitcase to show her guest and the audience that it is filled with Ellen underwear or boyshorts. "That is so amazing," Woodley stated while laughing. Watch the video below.
