Kristen Stewart has already portrayed numerous roles in her acting career. From Jodie Foster's daughter in "Panic Room" to a vampire in "The Twilight Saga" movies then the lead character in "Snow White and The Huntsman." It has made this young actress as one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood. According to Forbes magazine, Stewart earned $34.5 million for the past year by starring in blockbuster hit movies. However, Stewart does not only have passion in making films. The actress is also now a fragrance aficionado.

She is the new face of "Florabotanica" of Balenciaga Paris' new scent for women which will be out this September. "On a base level, the reason you want to wear a fragrance is because you want to smell attractive," Stewart said. She sat for an interview in a Le Bristol suite in Paris, France while wearing a Balenciaga shirt, shorts and heels. Given that Kristen Stewart had never been really drawn to fragrance during her teenage years, it became unlikely that she would now take on the part of endorsing the women's scent product. "That in itself is a pretty mature idea, especially considering the teenager I was. I was never the one wearing my mom's perfume and trying to be sexy. I was like hanging out with my brothers and doing the opposite of that," Stewart shared.

Meanwhile, Stewart said that she was actually relieved the first time that she smelled "Florabotanica." "I'm very lucky that I like the fragrance, because I would have done anything with Balenciaga designer Nicolas Ghesquière," the 22-year-old actress shared. "There is something natural about it. It's very alive. I think that as a young person wearing it - considering that I've never worn a scent - it kind of puts you on this level of, like, 'Whoa, check me out.'" Stewart explained.

The young actress feels lucky and really excited to be a part of the scent project. "Florabotanica" is the second major Balenciaga scent that Nicolas Ghesquière has worked on after "Balenciaga Paris" which came out in 2010. For the latest fragrance project, executives from the fragrance licensee Coty Inc. asked Ghesquière to pick out a young consumer that he has in mind for his Balenciaga fashion.

Nicolas Ghesquière chose Kristen Stewart. According to Ghesquière, Stewart is full of having a dual personality, particularly being boyish and gorgeous at the same time.

Ghesquière described his work on the "Florabotanica" flacon like a laboratory bottle where it can be dipped to collect the extract from the botanical garden. The name of the invented scent is said to have a meaning of both a scientific and natural ring.
