Nick Loeb and Sofia Vergara appeared on two different talk shows to discuss the embryo issue. Loeb filed a lawsuit to get the two embryos he created with his former fiancé Vergara.

On Thursday, Sofia Vergara appeared on “Good Morning America” and said that this would be the final time she will be talking about the lawsuit. She said she thinks it is unfair.

According to Eonline, the “Modern Family” star is promoting “Hot Pursuit” her new movie with Reese Witherspoon and she wants to give her attention to her work and her upcoming marriage with Joe Manganiello. Vergara said that she has been working hard to reach this point.

“I don't like promoting my private life. I don't want to allow this person to take more advantage of my career and try to promote himself,” Vergara said during the interview.

The actress said that all this should be a private affair between the two parties and people should not give their opinion. Also, she said that they signed legal papers before they decided to go ahead with conceiving.

Meanwhile, Loeb talked to Hoda Kotb of “Today” and explained that his embryo battle with Vergara is only about “moral, legal and ethical concepts.” He added that it has nothing to with the actress as lives are involved and he “wouldn’t just toss them aside.”

Elsewhere, Vergara is concerned about how the entire embryo issue went public but didn’t affect her emotionally as she is happy about her career and her bonding with Joe. However, Vergara did mention that she is upset with the entire media allowing one person to put her down. She said that they are trying make it look that “something ugly is happening” out of nothing.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Loeb told Kotb that he wants to support Vergara and Manganiello to raise the kids, but he wants to play a role in the lives of the children. He said he wants the children to have great lives.
