'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Next Trailer To Be Released In Few Weeks
The next trailer of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” may be released for the fans in a few weeks, according to new reports. The trailer is expected to be attached to the next “Avengers” movie. It has been over four months since the first trailer of the movie was released online.
Fans of the franchise who are eagerly waiting to see the next trailer of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” may get to see it by mid April. According to a report by Collider, the trailer will first premiere at the Star Wars Celebration convention. The event is scheduled to take place between April 16 and 19. The report also confirms that the trailer will be attached to the next “Avengers” movie that will be released on April 22 in some countries.
“Avengers: Age of Ultron” will be released on April 23 in Australia, UK and New Zealand. The movie is slated to be released on May 1 in Canada and in the U.S. Disney owns Marvel Entertainment, the company behind the “Avengers” movie, as well as Lucasfilm, the company behind “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
Confirming the news, Jason Ward of MakingStarWars has stated that Regal Theaters had tweeted about the trailer of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” being attached to “Avengers 2.” The tweet has apparently been deleted. The tweet is said to have included an image of Joss Whedon’s movie with a logo of J.J. Abrams movie.
The report also points to the trailer of the movie being a part of the Star Wars Celebration convention. Jason Ward expects the trailer to be made available officially online after it is shown at the event. The reasoning behind this is that as soon as the trailer is released at the event, low quality videos of the trailer taken from cell phones will hit the internet almost immediately and so the producers may have little choice but release the trailer online, before fans get to see it in the “Avengers 2” movie.
Jason Ward was able to leak the description of the first official trailer of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” before it was released to the audience. Fans of the franchise are eagerly waiting to see the next trailer of the movie. The first trailer did not feature any of the veteran cast members like Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher. Even the popular droids R2-D2 and C-3PO were also missing in the first trailer.
