'Star Wars Rebels' Season 3 episode 7 preview video: Kids take on the Empire

“Star Wars Rebels” Season 3 episode 7 will air on Nov 19. Preview videos of the episodes have been released online, teasing the plot and some of the scenes. A group of kids will take on the Empire in “Iron Squadron.”

It begins with Thrawn (voice by Lars Mikkelsen), preview video below, ordering a blockade of a planet. The Empire has declared martial law, but has encountered a small pocket of resistance. The Grand Admiral made his move after careful planning. He knew the planet he is targeting has no armed militia or star fighters.

Thrawn is surprised that his forces are facing resistance even after his extensive research. When he learns that the Rebels are aiding this “Iron Squadron,” he is very interested.

A low quality video posted on YouTube shows the resistance the Empire is facing is from a small group of kids. Despite their age, the group is determined to take on the Empire.

‘Star Wars Rebels’ Season 3 episode 7: The challenge

The Iron Squadron pulls off an impressive feat of defeating an advanced patrol of the Empire by using just cargo. The Rebels try and explain to them that they will have to face more powerful ships and weapons in the future. But, the kids are determined to face the challenge head on.

Thrawn will dispatch a single Star Destroyer to quash the Rebels. The Iron Squadron has never seen such a large ship of the Empire before, and the kids are shocked to see it in their first encounter.

The Rebels have their own mission on the planet in “Star Wars Rebels” Season 3 episode 7. But, after meeting with the Iron Squadron they may get involved in something more. Will the kids be able to inspire the people to go against the Empire?
