The amazing Stevie Wonder expressed his sincerest apologies to all the fans waiting for him to perform at an exclusive show in Sydney. Most of the crowd grew impatient after some time with the delay of the show held at Star City's Lyric Theatre.

With the audience getting restless, especially after paying a whopping $500 each, the music icon was quick to win them all back. Wonder said unexpected circumstances delayed him.

He sang along with the crowd and played 20-song medleys including his greatest hits such as "Higher Ground" and "Superstition." He also delivered covers of Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel" and "When I Fall in Love" by Nat King Cole.

Wonder also played a request from actor Leonardo Di Caprio, who introduced him. He referred to him as his "favourite artist of all time."

The Motown singer was a guest performer for the reopening of the Star City Casino.
