Stunning HTC One M9 Plus Live Images Leak Out: To Feature 20.1 MP Camera, 64-Bit Processor, Physical Home Button And Fingerprint Scanner
As the bigger sibling HTC One M9 Plus release date nears close, killer images of the handset have surfaced. But this time around, the One M9+ images from the Chinese source iApps are live and they show the incredibly thin and huge smartphone from every angle.
The HTC One M9 Plus, also known as HTC One M9+, is not new to the leaked prototype renders and dummies, however, this is the first time realistic live images have been leaked. More importantly, the photos show the China Mobile logo engraved on the rear of the HTC One M9 Plus. The logo, apparently, proves that HTC could be focusing on the Asian markets with the upcoming phone, says Phone Arena. Notably, the device in question is a gold hued M9+. Interested readers should head to Phone Arena to check out the HTC One M9 Plus photos.
Speaking of device design, the M9+ reportedly looks a lot like the 2014 flagship One M8 from the exterior outlook, predominantly because of the Duo Camera unit housed on the rear for depth-of-field effects. The display, on the other hand, features a physical Home button. And this button reportedly divides the HTC BoomSound speaker located at the tail-end into two. Furthermore, the same physical Home button will likely feature a Fingerprint scanner for user authentication, notes the same site.
Moving on to the key HTC One M9 Plus specifications, the smartphone will reportedly be powered by an octa-core, 64-bit MediaTek MT6795T processor, specific to the Asian markets and it will be backed by a good 3 GB of RAM configuration. On the software side, as expected, the phone will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, along with HTC’s Sense 7 UI on top of it. And this specification has reportedly been confirmed via AnTuTu image. When it comes to camera specification, the handset will apparently sport a 20.1 MP rear-facing sensor. As far as the memory goes, the device is believed to come equipped with 32 GB of internal storage capacity.
And going by the earlier leak, the handset will come with a 5.2-inch display and 1,440 x 2,560 pixels screen resolution. Nonetheless, readers should note that, the tech giant has not confirmed the HTC One M9 Plus specifications thus far.
