'Suits' Season 6 spoilers: The long awaited wedding is finally here

The long awaited wedding may finally be featured in “Suits” Season 6. A video teasing the scenes from upcoming episodes talks about this specific aspect of the show. The show is set to return in January 2017 with new twists and plots.

Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) would have been married by now, if not for the brief stint in jail that the former lawyer had to suffer. Now, a new video on the official Facebook page asks the pertinent question- will she finally say “I Do.”

The video begins with the first encounter between the Rachel and Mike, and then shifts to a scene where the former lawyer gets down on his knee and proposes. The obvious choice for Maid of Honour is Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and the Best Man will be Harvey (Gabriel Macht).

But, the wedding of Rachel and Mike may not be the only one. Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) also proposed to his girlfriend, so there could be two weddings in the next part of “Suits” Season 6.

As some characters come together, it is time to say goodbye to others. After a hard battle in the mid-season finale; Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) decided to step down and hand over her firm to Harvey and Louis. The two partners will now have to manage the firm with the support of Jessica and Donna.

The change in management opens up new possibilities. From potential conflicts with Louis to how Harvey will lead the firm; the show has enough material to keep things fresh and engage the fans.

What is unclear at the moment is Mike’s role in the firm in the next part of “Suits” Season 6. Harvey has already offered a position of partner to the former lawyer, but the designation is consultant. Adams’ character is yet to decide what he wants to do next in terms of his career.
