Spoiler Alert: This feature contains major spoilers on "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 4 titled "Paper Moon."
Dean Winchester followed Castiel's (Misha Collins) advice in the previous episode titled "Soul Survivor." The Winchester brothers are hanging out and enjoying their vacation but Dean tells Sam (Jared Padalecki) that he needs to work on a case.
Sam agrees but warns Dean that he should give a heads up when things go sideways even though it is just an inch. The two decided to take on the "animal attacks" reported in the papers for a month now.
Undercover Sam and Dean head to the King County Sheriff to investigate on the attacks. Dean suspects the werewolves are responsible based from the local sheriff's description of the victims like hearts being absent.
After interrogating a witness named Tommy, the hunters head to a barn where they came across the supernatural creature. However, Sam and Dean discover that the person they are after is werewolf Kate (Brit Sheridan), the girl that they allowed to live in "Supernatural" Season 8, episode 4 titled "Bitten."
Kate explains to Sam and Dean that she is having a hard time controlling her hunger so she ended up attacking people. Then, Kate told the pair to do what they had to do but Sam stopped Dean from shooting the girl because his older brother may not be ready yet.
While having a brotherly discussion, Sam receives a phone call from the local sheriff telling that there has been another "animal attack" at the high school gymnasium. Sam and Dean now think Kate is not responsible for the attacks but before they could talk to her about it, the werewolf girl escapes.
The Winchesters follow Kate's trail where they end up meeting her werewolf sister, Tasha. Kate finally confessed to Sam and Dean that the reason why she turned her sister into a werewolf is because the doctors did not think Tasha could make it after the terrible car accident she was in.
Kate used her werewolf curse to heal her sister but she had a big problem when it comes to controlling Tasha's actions and appetite. Kate assures the Winchesters that she will fix the mess she created, try to change her sister and give her another chance but if she fails, Kate declares that she will "take care" of it.
Dean tells Kate that they can cure her and her sister and Sam knew it was just a trap. Dean handcuffs Kate to the Impala's steering as wheel before he entered the sisters' rendezvous point with Sam.
Sam is about to shoot Tasha inside her room when another werewolf showed up with a gun pointed at Dean. Sam drops his weapon as Kate enters the room to stop her sister from killing innocent people and creating a werewolf family.
Sam and Dean were able to take on Tasha's new family members. Kate tries to convince Tasha to try her approach when it comes to being a werewolf but Kate's sister admits that she currently enjoys the life she has where she can do anything she wants.
Kate hugs Tasha, tells her sister that she loves her and then stabs her. When Sam and Dean returned to the room, they see Tasha lying dead on the floor and Kate is once again gone.
Sam and Dean have a conversation while driving home in the Impala. Sam tells Dean that maybe it is still early for him to go back to work after what he went through but Dean responds that he only wanted to "get back in the saddle."
The brothers' discussion got interrupted with a phone call from Kate. Sam thanked Kate for saving their lives while Dean reminded her to just keep on moving with her nose clean so they will not meet again. After talking to Kate, Dean finally admitted that maybe he is not yet ready to go hunting. "I'm just trying to do the right thing man because I'm so sick and tired of doing the wrong one," Dean stated.
"Supernatural" Season 10 will return with episode 5 titled "Fan Fiction" which will air on Tuesday night, Nov. 11, at 9 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
