There are now more details on the much anticipated 200th milestone episode of the TV series "Supernatural." On Thursday, Oct. 23, the CW Network released the official synopsis for "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 5 titled "Fan Fiction" to tease what Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) will discover during their investigation.

The official episode synopsis in an Examiner report reads: "SUPERNATURAL CELEBRATES ITS 200TH EPISODE - When Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate the disappearance of a teacher, they are stunned to see the school is putting on a musical based on their lives. Familiar faces abound in this milestone episode." However, the synopsis did not reveal who will show up in the upcoming episode.

It is suggested that Chuck Shirley's (Rob Benedict) "Supernatural" books could be behind the school's musical play on Sam and Dean's hunting life. The storyline on the books got introduced in "Supernatural" Season 4, episode 18 titled "The Monster at the End of This Book."

Then, Chuck's books continued to appear in the succeeding seasons such as season 5, 8 and 9. With Becky (Emily Perkins) publishing all of the unpublished "Supernatural" books online, the school could have easily accessed the stories and use the theme for their musical play in "Supernatural" Season 10.

The 200th episode of "Supernatural" is scheduled to air on Nov. 11, 2014. As a recap, the Winchester brothers are now back to hunting together after Sam succeeded in getting rid of demon Dean in "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 3 titled "Soul Survivor."

Before the brothers could encounter the musical play inspired from their lives, Sam and Dean will first deal with werewolf attacks in the next episode titled "Paper Moon." The upcoming episode will also bring back a familiar face.

In "Supernatural" Season 8, episode 4 titled "Bitten," fans can recall that Sam and Dean let go of a female werewolf named Kate after she assured that she will not hurt or kill humans. However, the werewolf attacks that Sam and Dean will investigate in "Paper Moon" all points to the supernatural creature they set free.

"Supernatural" Season 10 airs on Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
