Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) came across an interesting case where the victims had all of their body fat sucked out until they die. The brothers worked on the case with the "strictly professional" rule that Sam emphasized last Episode 12 titled "Sharp Teeth."

Spoiler alert: This feature contains major spoilers on "Supernatural" Season 9, Episode 13 "The Purge." The episode begins with a hotdog eating contest showing the fat guy contestant being declared as the winner even though his contender complained about cheating.

The male winner entered his car with the trophy and money prize but he suddenly became a victim when an unknown creature sucked all the fat out of his body. At the bunker, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) talk about having leads when it comes to tracking down Gadreel or Metatron (Curtis Armstrong) but they do not have any.

What Dean came across with while searching the Internet is the bizarre death in Stillwater. The conversation between the Winchester brothers sounded civil and when Sam asked Dean if he was acting that way because of the "we-can't-be-brothers" speech in the previous episode, Dean responded that he got the message loud and clear before walking out of the bunker.

The supernatural creature attacks again with a woman, who is about to get married, hitting the gym in order to fit in her wedding gown. As Sam and Dean investigate on the case, they noticed a mark on the victim's body where the body fat got sucked out and even the gym's trainer and first victim had the same mark.

Dean asked the trainer how she got the mark and discovered the existence of the Canyon Valley Wellness Spa. The hunters head over there to continue their investigation and met the spa owners.

Sam got hired as the fitness instructor while Dean got assigned in a different department: the kitchen. During Sam's yoga session with the clients, he noticed that they all have the suction marks on their backs.

It turns out Maritza, the spa's co-owner, is a creature that feeds on human fat. Meanwhile, Dean got drugged after eating the pudding that he was supposed to hand out for the clients to eat.

The answers to the bizarre case were finally revealed, thanks to the Stillwater sheriff who also goes to the spa to lose weight. Dean confronted Maritza but the Peruvian fat-sucking creature maintained innocence on the killings and confessed it was her brother Alonzo, the other kitchen crew Dean was working with, who is responsible for the murder victims.

Maritza wanted to put a stop to her brother's evil ways so she decided to side with the hunters and even though it hurts her, Maritza finally revealed to the Winchester brothers how to kill Alonzo: cut off his fat-sucking tongue. Then, Sam and Dean headed back to the bunker after solving the case and the ending scene showed the conflict between the brothers getting deeper.

"Supernatural" Season 9 returns with Episode 14 "Captives" and it is scheduled to air on, Tuesday night, February 25, at 9 pm on the CW network. The CW has not released the episode's official synopsis yet but the promo video teased about the exciting scenes in the upcoming episode like the return of Castiel (Misha Collins), Crowley (Mark Sheppard) and the guest appearance of "Jershey Shore" star Snooki.
