Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) returned to Mystic Falls with the hope of also returning in ex Caroline's arms (Candice Accola), but heartbreak welcomed him instead due to her scandalous behavior with his nemesis Klaus (Joseph Morgan). The sneak peek video for the next episode "Total Eclipse of the Heart" teases about Tyler wanting to forget Caroline with his attention turning to Nadia (Olga Fonda) after noticing her at the bar.

The promo video begins with Tyler asking his buddy Matt (Zach Roerig) to give him any drink that can help him wipe out the memory of Caroline. The brokenhearted hybrid also insisted that he has no plans of drinking alone, so he looked around and noticed Nadia drinking at the bar.

"She's new," Tyler tells Matt, but his bartender friend warned him to immediately un-think whatever it is that Tyler is thinking about. "That's Katherine's daughter, and the psycho doesn't fall far from the tree," Matt explains but Nadia cuts in telling the boys that she can hear their conversation.

Matt slammed Nadia for burying him alive in a safe in the 100th episode "500 Years of Solitude." The Traveller was quick to apologise for the horrible thing that she did. "I was trying to save my mother's life," Nadia explained.

Then, Nadia put on a great performance of pretending to be saddened with her mother's death but the truth is, Katherine (Nina Dobrev) is still very much alive in Elena's (also Nina Dobrev) body. "And I failed, so if you don't mind, I'd like to sit here and grieve in peace," Nadia stated.

Tyler offered Nadia to have shots with him since he really wants to drink. Matt objects to Tyler's idea, but his friend remains firm on his drinking offer with the Traveler. "It's your funeral," Matt tells Tyler.

Nadia looks at Tyler in an intrigued way, teasing the fans that there could be another interesting hookup in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5, Episode 13 titled "Total Eclipse of the Heart." The episode is scheduled to air on Thursday night, Feb 6, at 8 pm EST on the CW Network.
