'Supernatural' Season 9 Spoilers: Sam and Dean Winchester Go Undercover at a Spa, Synopsis for Episode 13 'The Purge' Released
Hunters Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) will be working on a new and interesting case in Episode 13 titled "The Purge." The released synopsis for the upcoming episode reveals the Winchester brothers go undercover at a spa to investigate on the recent murders.
In the Hollywood Hills report, a part of the synopsis for Episode 13 "The Purge" reads: "Sam and Dean are going to investigate recent murders where the victims were hundreds of pounds lighter after their deaths. Suspecting witches, the two will go undercover at a fancy day spa that all of the victims had attended for weight loss."
The synopsis further teased that Sam will get hired as the fitness instructor while Dean gets assigned in the kitchen which sounded like paradise to the older Winchester brother since he loves to eat. However, Dean passes out after taking in some tainted food making them realize that there is someone or something responsible in drugging the guests and then literally suck all of the fat out of the victims until they die.
Episode 13 "The Purge" is scheduled to air on Tuesday night, February 4, at 8 p.m. central time on the CW network. As for the other upcoming episodes, actors Travis Wester and AJ Buckley revealed on Twitter about their return as Harry Spangler and Ed Zeddmore of the "Ghostfacers" in "Supernatural" Season 9.
"Exhausted with very little sleep packing getting ready to head to Vancouver to shoot #Supernatural tomorrow #ghostfacers #riseofthefacers," AJ Buckley wrote on his Twitter account @AjohnBuckley on Tuesday, January 21.
The following day, co-star Travis Wester posted on his Twitter account @westerspace the message that reads: "About to get on a aeroplane to fly to Vancouver and do some GhostFacing. #BallsInTheWindWednesday."
According to the Enstars report, AJ Buckley and Travis Wester will be returning in the upcoming Episode 15 (filming as 9-16) after going on a hiatus since Season 4. "I think we can rest assured we'll be seeing the return of The Ghostfacers. They will be making a return in what actually is a really fun and pretty emotional episode," executive producer Jeremy Carver stated in the report teasing the fans regarding the return of the incompetent ghostbusters last December 2013.
"Supernatural" Season 9 airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on the CW network.
