Taylor Swift has set her eyes on a new Brit, this time royal hunk Prince Harry.

The 23-year-old, American country songstress has been linked to countless celebrity men, but now she's looking to aim a bit higher. She's setting her sights across the pond and engaging in a bid to get Prince Harry's affections.

Since the handsome royal announced his plans to head to the United States on a tour, rumors have circulated of a bevy of Hollywood beauties hoping to catch his eye and be the next Kate Middleton.

A source speaks to The Sun about Swift's intentions saying, "Taylor's desperate to get her name added on to the VIP lists of stars being lined up to meet Harry."

"She loves everything about him, especially his ginger hair and English accent," the source adds.

It might not be surprising for Swift to move on to Prince Harry after dating the likes of Connor Kennedy and the prince's fellow Brit Harry Styles. Musician Ed Sheeran has even been rumored to the pretty singer-songwriter.

But it might be harder to win over Prince Harry as he is currently smitten by aristocratic beauty Cressida Bonas. Reports paint a fairytale romance between the two, and the prince is said to be convinced the 24-year-old student is "the one".

While there have been bumps along the way (particularly in Las Vegas), the relationship is rumored to be on the way to another royal wedding. A royal insider tells British magazine Grazia, "Cressida is so good for Harry and everyone loves her. She was born to be a princess. Everyone is talking wedding bells and we're expecting an announcement before the year is out."

The source adds that the couple is "madly in love" with each other, with no signs of trouble in the horizon.
