With barely a month left before “Teen Wolf” season 5B returns to the small screen, Tyler Posey is already teasing fans that the upcoming season will feature a lot of “cool stuff.”

During the premiere of MTV’s new show “The Shannara Chronicles,” PerezHilton.com caught up with the “Teen Wolf” star to ask him about the upcoming season. Posey, who plays Scott McCall in the MTV series, mentioned that “so much good stuff” will be happening in “Teen Wolf” season 5B.

He explained that viewers will see a lot of “really great Teen Wolf stuff” in the upcoming season. “[There’s] drama, crazy action, crazy fight scenes and a lot of great character arts,” he added.

When PerezHilton.com asked whether fans will see romance in “Teen Wolf,” Posey replied that the season will feature “lots of romance” in season 5B. He went on to state that viewers should “always expect [romance] from Teen Wolf,” before teasing that Scott and his character’s girlfriend will even “get a little frisky” in season 5B. “Everyone… love seeing that,” he said.

Posey, whose character in season 5A had to deal with a lot of challenges, also revealed that Scott will go “through a lot cool changes” that will transform him into a stronger character in “Teen Wolf” season 5B. “[Scott] will become a bad a-- this season again… He rises from the ashes,” he promised fans. “A lot of good stuff like that… Really cool stuff is happening… Watch!”

Meanwhile, a few of the exciting things set to happen in “Teen Wolf” season 5B has already been featured in the latest trailer released late November. The clip even teased the return of an Argent to the hit MTV series. The preview showed the return of Gerard Argent, played by Michael Logan, as well as beast hunter Chris Argent, played by JR Bourne.

“Teen Wolf” season 5B will premiere on January 5 at 9 p.m. in the US.
