Country singer Taylor Swift is known for her wholesome and squeaky-clean image, but is she willing to go on court to fight the release of an alleged topless photo?

A topless photo of a young woman with a striking resemblance to the famous country singer posing on a bed surfaced and went viral over the web. Swift's representatives say it's not her, but threaten to sue those responsible.

According to reports, Swift's lawyers are considering to file legal actions against a gossip blog "Celeb Jihad" for posting and refusing to take down of the scandalous photo they said was of Taylor Swift.

According to TMZ, Swift's attorneys have sent a letter to the site claiming that they have misidentified the picture and it wasn't the country singer who appears under the headline "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?" The lawyers are demanding that the site remove the picture immediately and will sue for trademark infringement if they refuse to do so.

"We are 100 percent serious about removing the picture if Taylor Swift agrees to convert to Islam. We have yet to hear from her," the site's spokesperson said, threatening to seek its own justice under religious law.

Nothing has yet been heard of the country singer's camp. But to answer the question of the possibilities of pressing legal charges, it is safe to assume that it's true.
