[UPDATE] Victoria's Secret Angels Fit Their Lingerie The Day Before the Fashion Show
The Victoria's Secret Angels try out their outfits in their respective fittings the day before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Wednesday.
Candice Swanepoel fits the million-dollar Royal Fantasy lingerie for the last time before she models it on the fashion show. Both the bra and the undies fits her perfectly; but adjustments have to be made, specifically a request for added coverage on the seat of the undies.
While at it, Candice talks to The Huffington Post about what goes into her mind while walking down the runway during the past fashion shows, saying ""Just before, I'm kind of praying that everything goes well and I don't fall."
"But once I'm on the runway, I get into this zone. I have this feeling of pride," Candice tells further. "It's kind of reflecting over everything I've been through to get there, so it's a very profound feeling. I usually get goosebumps all over my body... and then I'm thinking, 'Oh my God, you can see my goosebumps!'"
Karlie Kloss, on the other hand, fits into her outfit which consists of a pink bra, matching undies, hand-painted wings and thigh-high boots. The team of Brooklyn-based designer Jeff Fender hand-painted the wings, gloves and boots following a psychedelic theme in a mix of bright shades of pink, yellow, purple and green.
The New York-based model was amazed at the feel of the entire outfit because the wings are made from a "really light fabric that just flies when I walk."
"I feel like Wonder Woman... Superwoman," she tells The Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, Behati Prinsloo fits into an ensemble inspired by the British Palace Guards with a red and gold jacket over a black bra, red undies, black thigh-high boots and wings made of black leather and gold detail.
Behati, however, reveals that the girls' training kicks up a notch once they know what they will wear. She tells Elle.com, "Every girl, after the fitting, is like, 'Okay, I can relax with the butt squats because [that part] is covered.' It's silly, but it happens. Girls have done squats backstage at the show, it really happens."
