The news on Original vampire-werewolf hybrid Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) returning to Mystic Falls had the "Vampire Diaries" fans wonder when this will happen or in what episode. The WetPaint report speculates that Klaus could appear in the upcoming 100th episode of the CW TV series.

The highly anticipated episode that marks the success of "The Vampire Diaries" is claimed to be focusing on Katherine Pierce (Nina Dobrev) so it will bring back several familiar faces with Klaus Mikaelson one of them. TVD fans know that Klaus has been an important character in Katherine's existence so there is a possibility that the 100th episode will have the baddie Original in it.

Another question on Klaus' return is whether he will appear in the present day or in a flashback. The entertainment news Web site further suggests that the latter sounds just about right.

On the idea that Klaus returns to Mystic Falls for Caroline (Candice Accola), it looks like he will have a hard time winning the affection of the blonde vampire especially that he is the reason why Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) broke up with her.

When asked if Tyler's departure from Caroline is another strike against Klaus, actress Candice Accola who portrays the blonde vampire responded: "Yes, Caroline is definitely, aggressively against Klaus. I think if she hears the word Klaus one more time, she might rip her hair out."

The two characters' on-screen chemistry has been considered the "most compelling parts" of TVD Season 4. "It's so interesting how their relationship built over the past couple of seasons. It's almost like she hated him so much that she didn't know whether she wanted to grab him by the throat and throw him through a door, or just kiss him. I think that was the awesome tension the fans really loved about their chemistry," the 26-year-old actress shared.

Ms Accola further thinks that her character Caroline Forbes just hates Klaus Mikaelson. "If he never comes back to Mystic Falls, it will be too soon. All she ever wanted, and all she still really wants, it to be with Tyler," Candice stated.

However, the Klaroline (Klaus-Caroline) fans are still hoping that sparks could fly between their favorite characters when Klaus comes back to Mystic Falls this Season 5. Find out what will happen next in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 that airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on the CW network.
