'Vampire Diaries' Season 6 Spoilers: Damon And Alaric Wants Stefan To Date Caroline In Episode 8 'Fade Into You' [WATCH VIDEO]

A released promo video clip for "The Vampire Diaries" Season 6, episode 8 titled "Fade Into You" revealed the TVD characters who are pushing for the Stefan-Caroline or "Steroline" relationship to happen. The upcoming episode's synopsis revealed that Stefan (Paul Wesley), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Alaric (Matt Davis) will be on a road trip so the guys can discuss anything including Stefan's relationship with Caroline (Candice Accola).

According to the "Fade Into You" synopsis in an Alloy Entertainment report, the trio heads to Portland to gather information on the mysterious Gemini Coven. However, the promo video tease that Damon and Alaric are more interested in making "Steroline" happen by enumerating the reasons why the younger Salvatore should date the blonde vampire.

The video clip begins with Alaric figuring out that Caroline is upset with Stefan because he was assigned with the turkey and cranberries. Damon teases that Stefan was not invited to the "Friendsgiving" dinner that Caroline and Elena (Nina Dobrev) will be hosting.

"I'm glad you're both finding amusement in this," Stefan responds. "Why don't you just date her and put us all out of our misery?" Damon tells his brother. The conversation continue to head towards the "Steroline" direction as Damon and Alaric joined forces in giving Stefan reasons why he should be with Caroline.

"I don't think about her that way. She's my friend," Stefan explains but Damon argued that it would make Caroline a good girlfriend for his younger brother. "Look, one: she's hot. Objectively," Damon points out.

"Two: she puts up with you," Alaric adds and Damon agrees. "Three: very, very well-organized. There are no drawbacks to this woman, Stefan," Damon stated. When Alaric mentioned Caroline slept with Damon as her drawback, Damon argued that it is also a big plus for the blonde vampire.

However, Stefan avoided the discussion by revealing that they have finally arrived at the location of the Gemini Coven that they are investigating. "Behold the Gemini Coven. Exactly how it looked four months ago," Stefan stated as the trio stared at the field. Watch the promo video below.
