'Vampire Diaries' Season 6 Spoilers: Episode 7 Synopsis Tease About Jo Sharing Her Tragic Past With Alaric, Caroline To Save Mom Sheriff Forbes

A synopsis has been released for "The Vampire Diaries" Season 6, episode 7 titled "Do You Remember the First Time?" The Mystic Falls gang will have their hands full dealing with their own issues in the upcoming episode of the CW TV series.

According to the episode's synopsis in a Wet Paint report, Elena (Nina Dobrev) will be forced to deal with her personal problems head on when the past comes back to haunt her. It is speculated that her memories of loving Damon (Ian Somerhalder) are coming back which means Elena could become messed up again.

However, a photo still from the upcoming episode teased that Elena will still get close to Liam (Marco James) after the two shared a kiss at the swimming hole in episode 3 titled "Welcome to Paradise." Aside from Elena and Liam, the synopsis teased that Tyler (Michael Trevino) and Liv (Penelope Mitchell) will also grow closer in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 6, episode 7. Another pairing that will deal with their relationship in the upcoming episode are Jo (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) and Alaric (Matt Davis).

The synopsis revealed that Jo will finally open up to Alaric about her tragic past after spending the night together at the annual Whitmore Medical Center Fundraiser. Meanwhile, the other boys of the TVD gang will deal with their feelings not with a girl but with a man causing them problems.

According to the episode synopsis, Stefan (Paul Wesley), Matt (Zach Roerig) and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) are determined to put a stop to Tripp's (Colin Ferguson) vampire killing plan. "Stefan, Matt, and Enzo resort to extreme measures when Tripp withholds information about his vampire-killing operation," the synopsis reads.

Caroline's (Candice Accola) mom, Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite McIntyre) will get tangled up in the middle of a dangerous plan so her daughter will race against time to save her life. As for Damon, the Salvatore vampire will stumble upon a startling clue that renews his hope.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 6 airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network. Episode 7 titled "Do You Remember the First Time?" is scheduled to air on Nov. 13, 2014.
