Candice Accola-King recently dropped some interesting tidbits about her “The Vampire Diaries” character, Caroline Forbes. The actress teased that Season 7 will see a different Caroline: a “badass” one. The actress also shared her thoughts on several baby theories that are circulating on social media, given her real-life pregnancy.

Season 7 of the “The Vampire Diaries” will feature a different Caroline who “gets her bite back,” Accola-King teased. The actress told TV Line, “We’ll see her coming in as a badass, and sometimes she might act without thinking things totally through.”

The 28-year-old actress, who recently announced that she is pregnant, has no idea whether the writers of “The Vampire Diaries” will introduce Stefan and Caroline’s baby in the upcoming Season 7. She, however, told the site that the production team knows about her pregnancy and they have been very supportive.

Regarding the fans’ baby theories that have been circulating on social media, the actress said that she found the fans' reactions “very funny,” particularly about the one saying that a possible Stefan Jr. would make it to Season 7.

The actress mentioned that showrunners Julie Plec and Caroline Dries are the best persons to ask about possible changes to the storyline because of her real-life pregnancy. “We start the beginning of the season asking the writers a lot of questions about what’s going to happen. Then halfway through the season, it’s completely different. … Julie [Plec] and Caroline [Dries] are the best people to ask… To be honest, I’m along for the ride just like the viewers are,” she said.

Meanwhile, there is good news for those fans who believe that the actress’ appearance in Season 7 of “The Vampire Diaries” would be limited because of her pregnancy. Accola-King told TV Line that it won’t be the case, saying, “Caroline has, so far, been a really big part of the season.”

Season 7 of “The Vampire Diaries” premieres on Oct. 8 in the U.S.
