“The Vampire Diaries” star Candice King talks about the series finale and her experiences while filming for the final episodes of the American TV show. Candice plays the role of Caroline Forbes in the supernatural drama series “The Vampire Diaries.” The show is coming to an end next year after running successfully for eight seasons. Based on L. J. Smith’s book of the same name, this TV show was created by Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson.
In an interview, E! News asked Candice about the last few episodes of the series. She replied, “It's all still coming together, so I don't want to jump into it too much because it's all building up to the series finale.” The star also said that she did not wish to “spoil” the suspense about the series finale.
The cast is filming the 13th episode of the show’s final season. Candice said that her experience of working in the last season is similar to that of any other season. When asked about her feelings on the end of the show, the actress confessed, “I think after the holidays it'll start feeling much more real and much more sentimental.”

The future of Stefan and Caroline appears to be uncertain and the audiences need to wait for the final season to know about the final outcome of his decision.
Many speculations are circulating regarding the end of “The Vampire Diaries.” As Candice King says, “The fact that it doesn't seem real yet because our schedule has been so crazy and the episodes have been so big should definitely say that there's a lot that's about to happen and a lot that's coming.”
“The Vampire Diaries” will air its final episodes in January 2017 both in the US and Australia.
