On Wednesday, Nov. 25, Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio shared a photo of her new hair cut on Instagram.

In the Instagram photo, Ambrosio stares at the camera while showing her short hair. In the caption, she thanked her hairstylist Frankie Foye and makeup artist Carolina Gonzales. The model called her new look, “Worth it ___ New D_.”

Earlier that day, the supermodel uploaded an Instagram photo with her stylist Foye in a salon. “Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes Turn and face the strange ✂️_ ✂️ by @frankiefoye #europeantour #girlz #newdo,” she captioned.

The Brazilian model chopped off four inches of her hair and kept the same warm chocolate hair color, according to E! News.

Ambrosio recently appeared on the cover of Maxim December/January issue as the “World’s Sexiest Businesswoman.” In the cover photo, which she took to Instagram on Wednesday, the 34-year-old model poses nude with the exception of a newspaper, a pair of sunnies and a statement necklace. Her hair, which was long at the time, was locked back in top.

The model followed the cover photo with another snap of her in the magazine. “Wet⚓️wild _____,” she captioned the photo of her naked in a pool, shot by by photographer Gilles Bensimon.

Ambrosio is one of the famous models of U.S. lingerie brand, Victoria’s Secret. She has been recorded as Forbes’ eighth highest-paid model in the world with total earnings of US$5 million in 2015.

In November 2014, the supermodel/entrepreneur launched her own brand of swimwear “Ale by Alessandra.” The swimwear brand offers a “Brazilian-Bohemia Meets Malibu-Chic,” feminine, colorful and effortless style to women around the world, as per the website. The swimwear line has already released its second collection earlier this month.

Ambrosio is married to longtime partner and businessman Jamie Mazur. She and Mazur are parents to two kids, Anja Louise, 7 and Noah Phoenix, 3.
