The Golden State Warriors are still perfect in the 2015-2016 NBA Season after netting the road win, 106-103 against the Utah Jazz on Monday (Tuesday in Australia).

The Jazz had a legitimate chance to give the Warriors their first loss of the season but second year player Rodney Hood missed an ill-advised three-pointer with five seconds to go in the game.

Stephen Curry led the way for the Warriors with 26 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals while Klay Thompson and Draymond Green added 20 points apiece. Green also had 9 rebounds and 7 assists for the Warriors, who improved to 9-0 on the road.

Off the bench, the Warriors got 12 points on 4-of-5 three-pointers from reserve Ian Clark. Harrison Barnes, who is expected to be out for at least a week, missed the game due to an ankle injury.

The Jazz had a golden opportunity to stop the Warriors’ streak as Utah had the 99-97 lead at the 2:05 mark of the final quarter. However, Curry was clutch again late scoring seven points in the final two minutes of the game.

The Warriors opened with a 26-20 first quarter but the Jazz made it close throughout the game.

Utah was led by Derrick Favors, who had a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds and Gordon Hayward, who had 24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

Rudy Gobert also posted his own double-double of 13 points and 11 rebounds and Alec Burks added 19 points off the bench. The Jazz will take on the Orlando Magic and Pacers at home in their next two games.

The game at Utah is the start of a long seven-game road trip for the Warriors, who will also meet the Charlotte Hornets, Toronto Raptors, Brooklyn Nets, Indiana Pacers, Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks in this stretch.
