Although they have recently been rumored to have ended their relationship, apparently Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are still together. However, one of them is not yet ready for a serious commitment.

Romance between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes broke out in US Weekly magazine. The two met on the set of their movie, "The Place Beyond the Pines" and from there started a budding romance. On September of last year, Gosling and Mendes were photographed on a PDA-packed date in Disneyland.

The fun between the two continued when the 31-year-old actor flew to Paris to visit Eva while she was shooting a film. The couple was seen closely together while they do some leisurely stroll around the "City of Love."

The 38-year-old actress returned the favor when she flew to Thailand where Gosling was shooting his movie "God Only Forgives." But despite being at the same location, the two were never photographed together. Eva was seen strolling by herself along the streets of Bangkok while her beau was filming. A friend close to Mendes however told that the actress whipped up a meal for her man and this was a girl who couldn't make pasta before.

Last month, rumors that the two have ended their relationship after seven months of dating swirled around. Things got complicated between the two which led to a rumored confrontation between Mendes and Gosling.

A friend told Us Weekly that the actress confronted her boyfriend after he seems to be growing distant. Apparently, Gosling is not yet ready for a long-term commitment.

"He says he wants to slow down and not live with her yet. But he doesn't want to lose her," the source said.

The two have finally cleared rumors when they were seen hand in hand on a coffee run around Gosling's East Village NYC pad last May 10.
