"Twilight" stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson became Hollywood's perfect couple until Stewart's recently exposed affair with "Snow White and The Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders ruined their relationship.

However, in terms of showbiz career, Stewart's infidelity may become a blessing for Pattinson in a very strange and twisted way.

Robert Pattinson's movies, "Cosmopolis" and "Bel Ami," have been scrutinized with its box office performance and his personal life is now in a ruined state. On the other hand, Kristen Stewart's career is flying high with her most recent blockbuster film "Snow White and The Huntsman" which made her Hollywood's currently highest earning young actress.

Now, it looks like the tables have turned in a matter of days for Kristen Stewart's career may be in trouble after the release of the pictures that showed her cheating on her "Twilight" co-star and boyfriend with the 41-year old film director. Meanwhile, Pattinson's career could be revived since the 26-year old heartthrob has been receiving an outpour of support and sympathy after the scandal broke out.

According to reports, the young actress is set to work on a "Snow White" sequel but it is claimed that the movie project may now be in a serious jeopardy. Stewart's co-star in the film, Chris Hemsworth, revealed that the movie sequel has not yet been given the green light.

"I've signed on to it but that doesn't mean we make it. They plan to make another one, they're pretty keen, and the first one was certainly successful enough," Hemsworth said. The Australian actor also seemed to be stunned with the affair scandal involving the two people that he actually worked with. "I can't comment. Look, honestly, I don't know anything," Hemsworth told Insider.

As for Robert Pattinson, his next movie project which is the Australian film entitled "The Rover" has been given the go signal to begin its filming. The film stars actor Guy Pearce and acclaimed director David Michod of "Animal Kingdom" is set to take control.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may still cross each other's paths as they promote their final film for the hit "The Twilight Saga" which is the "Breaking Dawn Part 2" where the two portray a married vampire.

"The box-office results might take a hit, but not a dive. But the hardcore Twilight fans will certainly want to rock up to see how it all ends on screen," Erin Free, "Filmink" editor, said. Free is certain that the outcome of Stewart's affair could affect the revenue of the film, but in a good way, as it premieres in Australian cinemas on November 15.

Robert Pattinson already moved out of the Los Angeles home that he shares with Stewart and even though he may not be able to recover from the scandal right now, probably his career will.
