Windows 10 Flagship Spotted With 5.7-inch Full HD Screen Through AdDuplex Report
AdDuplex is a firm that is exclusively allowed to run ads on Windows Phone ecosystem. It has released its monthly statistics for April 2015. It not only shows the good performance of Windows Phone powered devices but also shows that a high-end Windows 10 flagship is under the wraps.
According to the AdDuplex report, a high-end device with model number RM-1085 has been spotted. As of this writing, the only information known about the device is that it features a 5.7-inch display screen that supports full HD resolution and it is preloaded with Windows 10 OS.
Windows Central says that it is not sure whether the mysterious device is a flagship or not. However, on the basis of AdDuplex notes, it can be confirmed that it the best configuration device to surface after the Lumia 930 that was released last year.
The AdDuplex report also states that after the Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones was made available to more number devices, its adoption has increased from 0.1 percent to 0.7 percent. Windows Central add that the percentage of users who are ready to try the Windows 10 preview build for phones are expected to increase in the following months.
Apart from Lumia devices from Microsoft and Nokia that accounts for 97 percent of the Windows Phone powered devices, BLU accounts for 34.20 percent for the other Windows Phone OS handsets. The Win HD and Win JR smarpthones from BLU and its close connection with the Redmond based company that sells these handsets through their stores has helped it to gain a good market share.
The LTE versions of Win HD and Win JR are going to release in the U.S. soon. BLU is followed by other brands like Cherry Mobile and Archos.
In the U.S., the Lumia 635 LTE edition has found to gain a market share of 3.4 percent. There has been a drop in the number of users for Lumia 822, the Lumia 920 and the Lumia 520 this year as owners of these devices may switched to newer handsets.
