Brock Lesnar was reportedly unhappy with the backstage behavior of former WWE Tag Team champion Shane McMahon.

The Beast Incarnate, who first won the Royal Rumble in 2003, won the multi-player fight for the second time last week. One of the men who Lesnar eliminated was Shane.

Shane and Lesnar got into an argument over the Royal Rumble match. It is understood that the latter wanted to build the fight around himself, while Lesnar wanted to appear as dominating as he could in the match.

Lesnar was not happy with the way Shane carried himself backstage, while McMahon was insistent on getting his way, according to Sportskeeda Via Fightful Select.

Not only did Shane not get his way, he was also fired by Vince McMahon for his "unprofessional" behavior, according to GiveMeSport. It also claimed that Vince was favoring a lot of ideas of Lesnar, while he was responsible for rejecting Shane’s pitches.

The WWE Company chose to let go of Shane despite the wrestler’s involvement in the upcoming events, Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania. His matches have already been canceled by Vince.

"'Every single story you’ve already heard, multiplied many times over', was said by one person close to the situation. He was unprofessional the likes of which left VKM [Vincent Kennedy McMahon] no options but to fire him,'" reported Dave Meltzer, who has a credible record in wrestling.

Lesnar, who recently lost his WWE Championship, has a chance to reclaim it at the upcoming Elimination Chamber. He is set to fight Lashley for the world title at the Jeddah Superdome on Feb. 19. The Beast Incarnate could also take on Roman Reigns in WrestleMania 38 in April.
