The final card for WrestleMania 33, WWE's flagship event, is nearly finalised with up to eight matches already booked for the Apr. 2 pay-per-view, according to several reports.
This year's event emanates from Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, and will feature generational superstars such as The Undertaker, John Cena, Bill Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton, Triple H and Chris Jericho, besides younger stars such as Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, many of whom missed last year's event due to injuries or time away from the sports entertainment enterprise.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the highly anticipated rematch between Goldberg and Lesnar will main event the show while Roman Reigns will battle with The Undertaker in the other high-profile match. The card will also feature a clash between Triple H and Seth Rollins, who were previously allies as part of The Authority stable, besides a matchup between Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho.

Over the years, WrestleMania has witnessed appearances from renowned celebrities such as Mohammad Ali, Mike Tyson, US President Donald Trump and Ronda Rousey to name a few. This year, Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal, who currently works as an analyst for TNT, is scheduled to face Big Show in a crossover matchup that fuses the entertainment and pro wrestling industries. The two behemoths have been calling each other out on social media and TV broadcasts since last year's event when Shaq entered the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal (watch video below).

Another high-profile match would feature Bray Wyatt vs Randy Orton which could be contested for the WWE championship, the match has been expected for months but there's reportedly a twist in the storyline with Orton rumoured to win Sunday's WWE Royal Rumble 2017.
To quote Wrestling Inc: "There are rumours on (Randy) Orton winning the Rumble match and (Bray) Wyatt winning the (Elimination) Chamber match (in February), setting up their match for the WWE Title at WWE WrestleMania 33. The Observer notes that if that does not happen, it's because plans changed."
The report also added that John Cena is likely to square off with NXT superstar Samoa Joe, who is expected to debut during the Royal Rumble match. "WWE NXT Superstar Samoa Joe is expected to be called up soon with a push and Joe vs. Cena at WrestleMania has been pitched. There have also been rumours of (AJ) Styles vs. Shane McMahon."
