“The X Factor Australia” has left judge Redfoo with no charges left when his last remaining apprentice, Jiordan Tolli, was eliminated on Monday night. For the second week in a row, the 19-year-old Melbourne resident finished fifth after she lost in a deadlock decision against THIRD D3GREE.

All judges – Foo, Ronan Keating, Dannii Minogue, and Natalie Bassingthwaighte – were in agreement that Jiordan and the group act THIRD D3GREE, who were both in the bottom two, gave brilliant performances in both the live show on Sunday and on Monday’s decider. However, five contestants must become four, and one of them must say goodbye.

As expected, Foo backed Jiordan to stay, and Natalie backed her own act, THIRD D3GREE. Dannii voted for the female soloist to be sent home, while Ronan passed the task to the Australian public and voted for the trio to be eliminated for the decision to come to a deadlock.

A deadlock means the performer with the lowest number of votes from the original votes of the evening would go home.

And that one was Jiordan, who, after her third time to join the dreaded bottom two club, was finally let go from the running.

“I feel gutted. I’m very upset, but that’s life,” Red foo said of Jiordan’s elimination from the show, praising the teenager of her professionalism.

Jiordan’s exit has left the LMFAO rapper without an act left. His other acts, Ellie Lovegrove and Joelle, were eliminated in the previous weeks of the show.

On Sunday’s Aussie Week theme, Jiordan impressed three out of four judges, with Ronan having the lone dissenting opinion. While the Boyzone singer had a few praises for her, he didn’t think the song “Somebody That I Used To Know” by Gotye was the perfect one for her.

Foo defended his young charge, blaming the song instead for being meant to be sung as a duet.

With Jiordan gone, THIRD D3GREE, Jai Waetford, Taylor Henderson, and Dami Im now make up the Top 4.
